Procurement And Purchasing Manager

Requirements:

• Technical Requirement:
  • 10 years experience in Procurement and Purchasing Department in well known export-garment company, (in which 5 years as a manager)
  • Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Procurement, Purchasing and Logistic Management for garment industry:
    • In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims and other accessories
    • Experienced in supplier sourcing for fabrics, trims and other accessories, both for local and imported suppliers
    • Proven and highly skilled in Negotiation with suppliers and buyers
    • First hand experience in Material Control and Flow
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large team consist of 15 or more subordinates
• General Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline
  • High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with internal and external parties
  • English proficiency equivalent to 500 TOEFL score
  • Dynamic and enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background
  • At a career stage where stability is important
