Applicant Requirements

     * Aged minimum of 18 years on January 1, 2010 and the highest 35 years, or; 40 years, for those who work in agencies or private institutions that are legal entities and to support national interests in the field of health education and at least 5 (five) years
     * Value Performance Index (I.P) of at least 2.5;
     * For Applicants Power-educated teachers who still PGTK/D2 PGSD D2 after being found passed compulsory education following the equivalent D-IV or S-1;
     * Ability to operationalize the minimum computer Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);

Registration Procedures

     * The application letter addressed to the Mayor of Malang own handwritten and signed on the stamp Rp. 6000, -;
