II REQUIREMENTS Applicants:
A General Requirements
1 Indonesian citizen who fear the Almighty God;
2 Have high integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia;
Never 3 sentenced to prison or confinement by the decision
courts;
Never 4 dismissed with respect not his own request or
not with respect as PNS / TNI / police, or dismissed with
respect for private employees;
5 There stands a Candidate / PNS, Calon / Members army / police or
members / board of political parties;
Aged 6 as high as 35 years on 1 November 2009
(born after October 31, 1974);
7 Willing to be placed in all parts of Indonesia;
Fulfilling the requirements of 8 educational qualifications (levels and departments) are appropriate
the vacancy formation position;
9 Having a job seeker card (yellow card);

Community Health Center / Hospital.
