Applicant Requirements

     * Aged minimum of 18 years and the highest 35 years calculated until the date 01 Januari 2010;
     * State Higher Education Graduates / Private accredited by BAN-PT (except for high school-level educational qualifications);
     * Have basic computer operating skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Applying Procedures

     * Registration begins online on October 26, 2009 until 9 November 2009 data by filling out the identity, qualifications and type of the proposed formation via internet (link attached at the end of this article)
     * Applicants who meet the requirements can print a registration number / registration via the internet and ask for an application.
     * Application Form (see example) addressed to the Governor of East Java, cq. Head of the Provincial Civil Service Board of East Java Jl. Drying Andayani 1 Surabaya, written in his own hands, using Latin letters with black ink, on parchment lined double folio, without seal and signed by the applicant.
     * Letter of application sent through registered mail starting on October 26, 2009 until 9 November 2009 (postmarked) by using flate rate envelope available at the Post Office.
     * The examination is scheduled on 21 November 2009 in Surabaya and the results announced on 28 November 2009
