2. Requirements Applicants:
a. Requirements:
1) Indonesian Citizens;
2) duty to God Almighty;
3) Having a high integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia;
4) There stands a Candidate / PNS, Calon / Members of TNI / Police;
5) Not domiciled as members or officials of political parties;
6) Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as PNS / TNI / police, or dismissed with respect as a private employee;
7) Never be dismissed with no respect for private employees;
8) Meet the requirements of educational qualifications (levels and departments) are in accordance with the vacancy formation position;
9) Good manner;
10) physical and spiritual health.
b. Special Requirements;
1) A certificate of approved applicants who obtained the certificate of State Universities / Private who have received accreditation or certificate is obtained from foreign universities, which have received the determination of equivalency of the Assessment Committee for Foreign Affairs Ministry of National Education Diploma;
2) grade point average (GPA) Applicants for a minimal S1 educated 2.75 (two point seven five), and educated applicants D3 and D1 at least 2.50 (two point fifty).

3. Provisions Filing Application:
a. Application Form:
The application letter should be handwritten in black ink itself and spiked seal (Rp.6.000, -) addressed to: Dear. Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare Republic of Indonesia, by attaching:
1. Photocopy of certificate has been legalized by the competent authority;
2. Photocopy of academic transcripts that have been legalized by the competent authority;
3. Photocopy of certificate of physical and spiritual health of the government and legalized physician;
4. Photocopy of Certificate Police Notes (SKCK) is still valid and validated;
5. List of short CVs;
6. Work experience related to the proposed position;
7. Photograph size 3 x 4 cm 3 pieces (the latest) and the applicant's name written on the back of the photograph;
8. Letter Statement Rp.6.000 seal affixed, - which states that the applicant has the ability in the field of IT / Computer, according to his ability to include: MS Word, MS Exel, Power Point and E-mail/Internet.
b. Applications included in the stop-colored folders:
1. Red for the level of S1;
2. Yellow for the D3.
3. Green for the D1
c. Registration:
1. Open enrollment began on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 until the day Monday, October 12, 2009;
2. Each applicant is only allowed to submit one application and register file for one position.
3. Letter of application and attachments neatly arranged and put into legal-sized brown envelope / kwarto addressed to the Procurement Team CPNS Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare and the upper right corner of the envelope clearly written with the proposed code positions.
4. Direct application submitted to the Secretariat of the Procurement Team CPNS Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare.
5. Place of registration with the Secretariat of the Procurement Team CPNS Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare, Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat No.. 3, Jakarta Pusat.
6. Time enrollment each working day, open starting at 10:00 s / d 15:00 WIB
4. Administration Selection applicant's documents:
a. The Committee will make selection of the applicant's documents are signed and do ranking based on GPA and the origin of Higher Education / Educational Institution;
b. The number of applicants who pass the selection is expressed as much as possible administrative 15 X number of vacancies formation;
c. Applicants who pass the selection stated administration would be announced through the official website the Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare http://www.menkokesra.go.id address and a bulletin board on Friday, October 16, 2009;

d. Applicants who qualify expressed administrative selection process, are required to take the exam Participant ID card as a condition to take the test.
e. ID card Trial Participants must be taken by the participants in the Trial Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare, Jl. Merdeka Barat No. 3 Jakarta Pusat, with a receipt showing delivery of the applicant's documents. If participants represent participants taking the ID card to any other test, it is necessary to seal affixed Rp.6.000 Power of Attorney,-by showing identity cards Participants and Beneficiaries power, and has submitted a photocopy of identity card meant.

5. Materials and Exam Schedule:
a. Material written exam, including:
1) Basic Competency Test (TKD), consisting of:
a) General Knowledge Test (TPU);
b) Test Scholastic Talent (TBS);
c) Test Maturity Scale (TSK).
2) English test.
b. Written exam will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009.
c. Applicants who qualify expressed written selection process is required to follow the interview, that time will be determined later.
6. Other:
a. Applicant / participant selection, registration is free;
b. Application does not meet the requirements will not be processed and can not be requested by the applicant.
c. Applications submitted to the Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare before the announcement was not deemed valid.
d. For those who passed the selection process but resigned required to replace all the costs already incurred by the committee and paid to the State Treasury for Rp.8.000.000, - (eight million dollars).
e. CPNS Procurement Team Decision Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare Fiscal Year 2009 was absolute and inviolable.

    05. Foto Copy KTP sebanyak 4 lembar.
    06. Foto Copy Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik dari kantor Polisi.
    07. Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter / Puskesmas yang asli.
    08. Tinggi badan Pria 170 Cm, Wanita 160 Cm.
    09. Umur Maksimal Pria 38 Th, Wanita 25 Th.
    10. Meterai sebanyak 3 Buah.
