Cladtek is one of well established Fabrication company with a portfolio that includes Cladding and Weld Overlay techniques for vessels, dished heads, Bi-metal lined pipe and all associated components, Looking for a potential candidates to join our team as following:  QA/ QC Manager


Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote QA/QC culture and awareness at all levels
• Plan, manage, implement and improve Quality Management System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and API Q1
• Supervise, manage and lead a team of QA/QC staff and subcontractors
• Manage all QA processes including audits, assessments and reviews
• Identify non-conformances and follow up with timely corrective actions
• Develop and control quality procedures such as Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), operating procedures and method statements
• Ensure compliance with contract QA/QC requirements including verification of bought-out material, inspection and test, material certification and final release
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract QA/QC requirements including review and approval of vendor procedures, plans, qualifications and test certificates

Requirements:

• Essential Skills :
  • Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science or related field
  • Previous QA/QC experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and/or Engineering Construction/Fabrication
  • Conversant with international Codes and Standards (ASME, API, DNV etc)
  • Strong managerial ability
  • Able to communicate effectively with globally diverse clients, contractors and suppliers
• Preferred Skills :
  • Qualified Welding Engineer / Welding Inspector
  • Qualifications in Non-Destructive Examination (e.g. PT, UT, EC, RT)
  • Qualified Lead Auditor / Assessor
