- Technical Requirement:
- 15 years experience in Human Resources Management with in-depth exposure in Compensation and Benefit
- Highly competent and field tested in all aspects of Compensation and Benefit and Performance Management
- Experienced in developing and transforming C&B systems and programs in line with business cycle
- Demonstrated ability to write or develop, implement and enforce Compensation and Benefit policy and programs
- First hand experience in expatriate C&B administration
- Must also be competent in Industrial Relation and General Affairs
- General Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from a reputable school with relevant field or discipline
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with senior managers in line departments
- English proficiency equivalent to 500 TOEFL score
- Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background
- At a career stage where stability is important
