PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES RECEIVING STATE SECRETARY OF STATE CIVIL RI
YEAR 2009

In order to fill the vacancy formation CPNS Fiscal Year 2009, as stipulated by the Decree of the Minister of State Administrative Reform Year 2009 Number 269, September 9, 2009, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia opened an opportunity for citizens of the Republic of Indonesia became interested in environmental CPNS Sekretariat Negara RI, with following provisions:

2. Requirements Applicants:
a. General requirements:
1) Warga Negara Indonesia;
2) Aged maximum 35 (thirty five) years on December 1, 2009 (born on December 1, 1974 or later);
3) duty to God Almighty;
4) Have high integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia;
5) There stands a Candidate / PNS, Calon / Members of TNI / Police;
6) Not domiciled as members or officials of political parties;
7) Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as PNS / TNI / police, or dismissed with respect as a private employee;
Was never sentenced to prison or confinement by a court decision;
9) Meet the requirements of educational qualifications (levels and departments) are in accordance with the vacancy formation position;
10) Good manner;
11) physical and spiritual health.

b. Special Requirements:
1) A certificate of approved applicants who obtained the certificate of State Universities / Private who have received accreditation or certificate is obtained from foreign universities, which have received the determination of equivalency of the Assessment Committee for Foreign Affairs Ministry of National Education Diploma.
2) grade point average (GPA) for qualified applicants:
a) Bachelor (S1) of at least 2.75 (two point seven five);
b) Diploma III (DIII) of at least 2.75 (two point seven five).

3. Registration:
Applicants are required to come to the House Pusdiklat, the State Secretariat of Indonesia, Jl. Eaglewood I, No. 1, Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta on Tuesday sd Friday, dated 6 s.d. October 9, 2009, at 08.30 - 15.00 WIB, to fill out and submit it again provided an application form, attaching and submit:
a) The application letter handwritten and signed by the applicant using black ink, addressed to the Chairman of the Procurement Team Candidate Civil Secretariat of State of Indonesia Year 2009;
b) Photocopy of diploma and academic transcripts legalized by the competent authority;
c) Photocopy of proof of identity (KTP / SIM).
