Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in the Year 2009 based on the Decree of the Minister of State Administrative Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 254 Year 2009 Candidates had Supplement Formation Civil Service (CPNS) for general applicants some 629 people, which will be placed / assigned to fill a vacancy on the Central Office and Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in the entire territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, with the following provisions:

A. REQUIREMENTS

1. Indonesia Citizens
2. Was never sentenced to prison or confinement by a court decision which has had permanent legal force for committing a criminal act;
3. Not once dismissed as not to respect civil servant, employee or private employee;
4. Not domiciled as CPNS / PNS or Candidate / Member of the TNI / police and not serving working ties with the company or a member of another profession;
5. Not running a formal education;
6. Of good character;
7. Healthy physically and spiritually;
8. Not a member and or the management of political parties;
9. Age on December 1, 2009, as low as 18 years and a maximum of 35 years;
10. Education:
11. Postgraduate degree (S2), with a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.00;
12. Bachelor (S1) / Diploma IV, and Diploma III, with a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.50;
13. Accreditation status of courses on the points a and b of at least B (when in the certificate is not listed or the list of accreditation status evidenced by Certificate of Accreditation of Higher Education);
14. Fisheries Business Secondary School (SUPM) State;
15. Position applying for special research, grade point average (GPA) minimum = 3.00.
