Lowongan Kerja Update Chief Security Officer in Riau

PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Bintan Resorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau:

Chief Security Officer
(Riau)

Responsibilities:

   1. Ensure security in Bintan Resorts Area through implementation of security strategic plan, security guard development and strong coordination with government.
   2. Conduct risk analysis and proposed a security plan/ contingency plan regularly or as required.
   3. Setting the security alert status associated with the national situation and local conditions.
   4. Creating a work target and plan for department as well as for the whole team members and periodic reports of activities in the Department of Security.
   5. Oversee daily security operations and conduct spot checks to ensure staff readiness and implementation of standard operating procedures that correct.
   6. Coordinating with relevant government agencies both civilian and military / police and CIQP.
   7. Conduct Investigation on any security incident report, and write report with sharp analysis to provide clear conclusion, including prevention action as required.
   8. Develop security training programs both physical training and special knowledge of security to enforce discipline, mental character, loyality and high skills proficiency.
   9. Conduct staff evaluation of all team members, and identify development need as part of talent management.
  10. Ensure security in Bintan Resorts Area through implementation of security strategic plan, security guard development and strong coordination with government.

Requirements:

    * Male, 35 - 45 years old.
    * Degree Holder.
    * Have Security Skills Background.
    * Experiences in a similar position min 5 years; preferably from hospitality background.

Remuneration:

    * Competitive salary and benefits will commesurate with past experience. Housing,   transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
