1. Administrative Assistant
Education:
- Secondary Education .
- Certification in Administration.
- University Degree in Business and Public Administration desirable, but its not a requirement
Experience:
- 3 years Diploma with four years of relevant professional experience or D2 with five years of exerperience.
- Knowledge of UN or UN System administrative rules and procedures is a definite asset
Language:
- (Proficient in English language, spoken and written. Ability to write reports, make presentation, etc) Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must
2. National Training Consultant - Plant IAS Species
Qualifications:
- An advanced university degree (preferably Ph.D.) in weed science or plant taxonomy. He/she should have extensive experience (teaching/training) in plant taxonomy and/or weed science and should be familiar with plant quarantine systems, relevant international conventions and standards, IAS prevention strategies and management and risk analysis methodologies.
3. National Training Consultant - Animal IAS Species
Qualification:
- An advanced university degree (preferably Ph.D.) in animal science.
Experience:
- He/she should have extensive experience (teaching/training) in an animal science discipline and should be familiar with the activities of the Animal Quarantine Section of the Agricultural Quarantine Agency, the Centre for Fish Quarantine of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries Affairs, and, a good understanding of the relevant international conventions and standards, animal IAS prevention strategies and management and risk analysis methodologies.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English
4. National Technical Advisor- National Poultry Quality Improvement Program
Education:
- University degree in Veterinary Science
Experience:
- In depth knowledge of the Indonesian poultry industry
- Good understanding of the public-private partnership concept.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related field
- Ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills
- Solid networking skills, good facilitation skills and excellent communication skills both oral and written are all essential
- Working knowledge of English and good writing skills
Language Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the English language and speak Bahasa fluently
5. National Technical Advisor - Veterinary Services
Education:
- University degree in Veterinary Science
Experience:
- In depth knowledge of the Indonesian poultry industry
- Good understanding of the public-private partnership concept.
- Min of 3 years experience in related field
- Ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Working knowledge of English and good writing skill
Language Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the English language and speak Bahasa fluently
6. Programme Analyst (National) (For UN Roster)
Education:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in political or social sciences or related field
Experience:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management advisory services and hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Experience in the use of computers and office software packages and handling of web based management systems
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in the UN and national language of the duty station
7. Programme Assistant (National) (For UN Roster)
Education
- Secondary Education preferably with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance. University Degree in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and Social Sciences would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or programme experience is required at the national or international level. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web based management systems.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in the UN and national language of the duty station.
8. Human Resources (HR) Assistant (National) (For UN Roster)
Education:
- Secondary Education with specialized certification in HR. University Degree in Business or Public Administration would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience is required at the national or international level. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in handling of web based management systems.
- Language Requirements:
- Fluency in the UN and national language of the duty station.
9. ICT Support Assistant (National) (For UN Roster)
Education:
- Secondary education with relevant certifications in hardware and software management and application, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) required. If certification is not available at the time of recruitment, it should be obtained within 6 months. University Degree in Computer Science would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, including network administration, support to management of hardware and software platforms, telecommunications facilities, knowledge of Windows-based packages/applications.
- Language Requirements:
- Fluency in the UN and national language of the duty station.
10. Driver (National) (For UN Roster)
Education:
- Secondary Education.
- Valid Driver's license.
Experience:
- 2 years work experience as a driver; safe driving record; knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.
- Language Requirements
- Fluency in the language of the duty station, knowledge of? the UN language of the duty station.
11. Finance Analyst (National) (UN Roster)
Education:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics or related field.
Experience:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing financial management services and/or managing staff and operational systems. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web based management systems.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in the UN and national language of the duty station.
12. Administrative Assistant (National) (UN Roster)
Education:
- Secondary education. Certification in administration desirable.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration or programme support service. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in handling of web-based management systems.

13. Finance Assistant - UN Roster (National)
Education:
