Management Trainee (MT)

You will get a comprehensive training in ACC Management  Trainee Program (AMTP) for about 9 months, consists of in class and on the job training. AMTP is a fast track program, designed to provide basic knowledge and direct practice in our core business to prepare trainees as management associates.
Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (GPA min 2.75)/Master degree (GPA min 3.25) from reputable university from any discipline
• Max 27 years old
• Fresh graduates or max 2 years experience
• Student who will be graduated in next 2 months are encouraged to apply
• Strong academic background from any disciplines
• Energetic having business sense & drive for result
• Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
• Proficient in English
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia (is a must)
