Country COB Coordinator (Job Number: 10003132)
Description
  • Ensure Citi Indonesia is in compliance with all of the COB requirements, both local and regional
  • Ensure the COB readiness by coordinating and leading the required COB drills and other tests
  • Ensure the socialization of the COB programs as driven by the regional and global office
  • Ensure the completion of the country COB activities Agenda
  • Ensure the completion of all deliverables and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Good leadership skill to manage and drive the business in all COB programs
  • Good communication skill to all level of business management
  • Knowledge in the concept of the business continuity
  • Good and practical Project Management skill
  • Knowledge in the Citi applications, covering local and host applications
  • General technical knowledge and/or current exposure in the COB is preffered

Credit Control Officer (Job Number: 10003292)
Description
  • Work closely as business partner with District Managers and Branch Managers, in order to maintain a good level of control in credit quality.
  • Hands-on in ensuring integrity in all of branches's credit decision-making activities.
  • Create a solid partnership with District Managers and Branch Managers to make sure branches have the updated credit knowledge, by conducting refreshment trainings, field assessment trainings, etc.
  • Conduct regular sampling to Consumer Finance (CF) branches.
  • Conduct customer visits and observe collaterals, to ensure proper underwriting process.
  • Identify potential Credit Risk during assessment process, as well as provide advices for risk mitigation.
  • Represent Credit Policy Head Office team in communicating policy updates to branches' staff.
  • Assure Credit Policies are embedded and implemented consistently in CF branches.
  • Prepare Credit Process Assessment Report & Scoring.
  • Able to review, verify and provide recommendation from existing information and fact-findings.
Qualifications
  • Possess 2 - 4 years of experience in Banking/ Autofinance industries.
  • Flexible for a high demand of travelling.
  • Holds a Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Have high integrity and firmness in dealing with customers and senior levels.
  • Have a good understanding on credit cycle process and basic knowledge on Risk Management.
  • Has strong communication skills, willing to face challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural working environment.

Consumer Finance Sales Support, Training & Centralized Processing Unit Head (Job Number: 10004362)
Description
  • Responsible for managing and controlling Consumer Finance strategic initiatives in terms of improving the system and changing the process to provide faster turn-around-time for customers in obtaining loans
  • Responsible for ensuring that all processes are managed in terms of acquisition as well as growing the portfolio of existing customers via top-up initiatives.
  • Responsible for conducting training needs analysis, development and delivery of all product and soft skill sales training to Direct Sales, including new hire and ongoing education/product programs. Develop and implement curriculum development, creation and maintenance of training initiatives.
  • Pursues continuous process improvement by taking responsibility for own actions/decisions and agree on objectives with the appropriate sense of urgency, constantly learning and improving
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience, experience in operations, business and training is preferred
