REQUIREMENT :
- Minimum S1 degree, majoring of Psychology from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Having minimum 1 year working experience in Recruitment area within banking industry
- Good Analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- to do end to end recruitment process (psychological test, interview, and hiring finalization)
- handle recruitment project and any task required to support recruitment function
