Mandiri Micro Manager (MMM)

Tasks and Responsibilities

    * To lead and manage micro-credit units
    * Develop a portfolio of credit
    * Conduct supervision of credit
    * Coordinating Team Sales
    * Providing appropriate decisions limit the authority of credit
    * Handling credit administrast
    * Conducting monitoring and billing

Qualifications

    * Births: Male / Female, max. 35 years
    * Pendidikan min. D3 (mainly S1)
    * GPA min. 2.50
    * Not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
    * Work experience min. 5 years: 3 years in the field of micro credit & 2 years of which had led micro finance units.
    * Having good communication skills, neat, courteous with high confidence that the value added
