Management Trainee (MT)

Projetion: Need extraordinary people to be developed as unit/area head in the future. You will be oblige to:
Fulfill all training requirements (business process, HE units, technical, etc)
Job-assigned in required position and hands-on any technical problem in heavy equipment units (such as forklift, reach staker, crane) and to ensure that the units are available and ready to operate
Administer progress reports and prepare routine presentation that will be evaluated by assesors.
Have a Mangerial skill and strong leadership

Qualifications:
Male, GPA min. 2,75
Bachelor degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronic Engineering
1 year experience in mechanical is advantage and fresh graduates are welcomed

Mechanic (ME)
Male
D3 Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronic Engineering

Electrician (EL)
Male
D3 Electric Engineering

Welder (WE)
Male
SMK
Having welding Certificate

General Requirement
Willing to be assigned I our branches
Age max 27 (MT) and max 23 ( Mechanic, Electrian and Welder)
Have a good medical record
IPK min. 2.75 (Scale 4) or 7 (Scale 10)
