We are a Telecommunication and IT Company that has been trusted as a Business Partner from our world class principals. We invite dynamic peoples who will actively contribute in further growing the business for the following position:
Sales or Marketing
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Secure customer orders through personal sales calls or by telephone
  • Continually prospect and qualify new customers
  • Conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide proposal, price quotas to all new and existing accounts upon demand with Sales Manager’s approval or General Manager’s approval
  • Enter name of all new customers to company mailing lists for direct mail catalogues
  • Assure dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problems that may occur
  • Provide prospect, activities, lost-business reports, and other necessary reports requested by Sales Manager on a weekly basis
  • Provide territorial sales forecasts on a monthly basis
  • Perform all assigned duties with a minimum amount of supervision from Sales Manager
  • Conduct all business transactions in manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains
  • Provide respond to tender or bid
  • Maintains the marketing data base, including catalogues, key codes and customer/prospect files. Performs and/or overseas related data entry. Tracks ongoing marketing analysis
  • Revises, updates and proofreads marketing materials, including letters, catalogues and other sales literature. Coordinates mailings
  • Coordinates publicity for all company products, including updating publicity list and press releases and ordering product literature. Arranges press release mailings and key codings.
  • Enters sales leads into database and prepares sales lead cards
  • Interact with vendors as instructed by Marketing Manager
  • Works with vendors counterparts in merchandising and advertising departments to develop marketing plans and strategies for company products
  • Other activities related to sales and marketing field
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 in any discipline from reputable university, preferably graduated from overseas University with GPA min 3.00 in the scale of 4
  • Have min 1 year experience as Sales/Marketing in related industry as described in point 3 below
  • Have interest in Computer (hardware and software) and Telecommunication Technology.
  • Willing to create and/or implement a variety of approaches (traditional, modern, or relatively untested) in attracting new customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Speak and write English fluently (it’s a must)
  • Logical thinking and able to work in a team and/or independently
  • Willing to work in long hour
