We are currently recruiting the following positions to be in our clubs in Jakarta

Club Facilities Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and implementing an effective preventive maintenance programme. Managing the facilities team with respect to maintain the clubs and the equipment in excellent working condition.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor degree in Interior desaign, Achitecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or ideal engineering background
• Min. 5 years experiences in the same capacity
• Having sucessful experiences in handling various aspects of building maintenance, desaign, cost estimating, project budgeting, and schedule control is an advantages
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
• Multi Site
• Fluent in English and well presented
