To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units : GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, and STARMART with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:

Side Development Manager - Based On Surabaya
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

• To find and negotiate the best suitable locations Giant Hypermarket and Supermarket, Hero Supermarket, Guardian and Starmart according to its format, market trend and monitor and update all competitor’s data

Requirements:

• Male/Female and age max 35 years old
• Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from any discipline  with at least 5 – 10 years in property marketing for developers / agent
• Have a strong negotiation skill with developers or agents
• Strong knowledge of demographic growth and property
• Willing to be placement at Surabaya
• Familiar with computer literate
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must
