* Having a National Identity Card (KTP) Kota Bekasi is still valid;
* Aged minimum of 18 (eighteen) years and a maximum of 35 (thirty five) years until January 1, 2010;

* Register online opened on 2 November 2009 from 08.00 and ends on November 7th, 2009 at 16.00 WIB. Register online at the time outside the provisions will not be processed / rejected;
