Cashier (CS)

Duties and Responsibilities
Managing financing disbursements accurately and timely
Deposit receipt transaction

Terms
Male / Female, at least high school education with minimum relevant experience of 1 year and 26-year maximum age
Mastering MS Office (Word and Excel)
 
Collector (CO)

Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting regular billing to customers
Maintaining good relations with customers

Terms
Pendidikan minimal SLTA, age maximum 30 years
Preferably with experience as a collector in the banking / micro finance institutions / financial institutions at least 2 years
Motor vehicle (SIM C)

Loan Officer (LO)

Duties and Responsibilities
To verify the field and reviewing the funding applications
Provide funding recommendations to the UM
Financing process in order to maintain the quality of the financing remain healthy

Terms
Pendidikan minimal D3, 32-year maximum age
Preferably have experience of credit / financing in the banking / micro finance institutions / financial institutions at least 2 (one) year
Mastered the language and local culture
Mastering MS Office (Word & Excel)
Preferably have customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)
 
Supporting (SU)

Duties and Responsibilities
Financial administration and routine operational

Terms
D3 Accounting Education, age maximum 28 years
Mastering MS Office (Word & Excel)
 
Marketing Officer (MO)

Duties and Responsibilities
Finding new customers
Maintaining good relations with customers
Develop and maintain a healthy financial portfolio

Terms
Pendidikan minimal D3, 32-year maximum age
Preferably with experience of sales / marketing in the banking / micro finance institutions / financial institutions at least 1 (one) year
Mastered the language and local culture
Preferably have customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)
 
Unit Manager (UM)

Duties and Responsibilities
Leading and managing a business unit of micro
Conduct a review and decide funding
Develop and manage a portfolio of financing

Terms
Maximum age 36 years, Pendidikan minimal D3
Experienced preferred diposisi the 2 (two) years or 3 (three) years as a Loan Officer / Marketing Officer in the banking / micro finance institutions / financial institutions
Mastered the language and local culture
Experience leading a team
Preferably have customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)
