Officer Client Service Cash Management - Jakarta (Code: OFFCR PCM JAK CBA - 09)

The job holder is responsible to support customer's queries on all cash management products via phone call or through customer visits. He/ she needs to ensure the delivery of quality service, to ensure that the issues/complaints are handled well and escalate when required, understand client's needs and provide feedback on product/ system requirements and spot cross sell opportunites and maintain quality service.

# Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable/leading university.
# Has a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in customer facing area.
# Possess a pleasant personality, good communication skills, pro-active attitudes, and good    &nbspteamwork.
# Has interest to work with details and maintain high accuracy at all time.
# Willingness to work under pressures and resistance to complains.
# Proficient in English and Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Office.
# Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
