Responsibilities:
Position Title : Inside Sales Manager
Report to : Corporate Account Lead
Department : SMS&P
Purpose
Manage and coordinate inside sales team based on telephone resource for Microsoft Mid Market targeting the national Mid Market customer base in order to increase sales volume. The target customers are engaged by scheduled outbound calls and also reactive inbound calls.
Responsibilities
• Ownership and contribution towards achieving revenue objectives of an assigned account territory.
• Engage with customers to identify customer needs and prospect opportunities for sales of MS solutions and services. Prioritize all identified opportunities and assign appropriate resources to assist in driving the sales process forward.
• Proactively engage with customers through orchestrated proactive calls and reactive customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate data in Microsoft’s customer database on key customer information such as Microsoft and competitor product deployment profiles, key contacts, activities and pipeline opportunities.
• Effectively position key Microsoft strategies, products and solutions, services and programs relevant to specific customers needs.
• Develops the ongoing relationship with key contacts in accounts and drive customer and partner loyalty, Investigating and taking action to meet customers’ current and future needs.

Qualifications
• Experience: 1 5 – 8 years of related experience
• Very strong people management experience required preferably in a sales or business development role.
• Education: MBA
• Minimum 5 years experience leading a direct or indirect sales team with proven results
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to business customers
• Ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship-building and sales skills
• Solid knowledge of the business, customers, partners, Microsoft strategy and how they work together
• Demonstrated communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication in local language
• Proficiency at building and understanding performance reports and conviction to take corrective action within the parameters of driving the customer experience and Microsoft’s revenue
• Exceptional people-management skills; able to inspire and foster the right behaviors in others through leading by example
• Self motivation to drive personal and team performance to achieve targets and strive for continuous improvement
• Demonstrated cross group collaboration abilities
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• High commitment to business and personal integrity and professionalism
• Able to use Microsoft applications and CRM system
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Able to use Microsoft applications & CRM systems, Strong negotiation and conflict resolution, Demonstrated cross group collaboration, Exceptional people-management skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
