HR Assistant in PT Agro Harapan Lestari

PT Agro Harapan Lestari and Group (One of the biggest Palm Oil Plantation Company in Kalimantan), Looking for a qualified candidate for the position:

HR Assistant
(based in Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan )



Requirements:

    * Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or Equivalent
    * At least 3 years experience in handling HR
    * Having strong knowledge in Law of Labor and have adequate experience in handling Labor Union
    * Competent and experienced in developing procedures and regulation
    * Competence and experienced in handling Industrial / Employee Relation.
    * Can communicate in English, both oral and written and able to use computer IS A MUST
    * Competence and experienced in handling HRIS
    * MUST BE willing to be placed in Kalimantan
