Production Specialist (Code: PS)

Job Accountability

• To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facility by application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
• Experience minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
• Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
• Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good English both oral & written
• Energetic, enthusiast, smart
• Willing to work on shift

General Accountant (Code: GA)

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• General ledger operations
• Assist with monthly closings and preparations of monthly financial statements
• Responsible for inter company accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in budgets and forecast
• Assist implementing and maintaining internal financial control and procedures
• Account/bank reconciliations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting with 2.75 GPA
• Relevant experiences minimum 2 years at accounting area
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices (PSAK is a must, US GAAP or IFRS is an advantage)
• Knowledge user in SAP and Microsoft Office is preferable
• Effective in verbal and written communication, administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work as team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• English literate

Sales Accountant (Code: SA)

Responsibilities

• All accounting process in sales
• Produce sales invoice and review billing documents / invoices / pricing /discounts. etc
• Send out customer statements
• Reconcile sales related accounts
• Mantain current accurate customer files and information
• Act as liason between customers, Sales Managers, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Check and maintain customer records in SAP

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75, from reputable university, majoring on Accounting
• Attention to details is a must
• Capable knowledge of accounting procedures and practice
• Computer literate in using Microsoft Office and SAP (prefferable)
• Ability to sort, check, count and verify numbers
• Excellent administrative and organization skill
• Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure
