Analyst - Corporate Strategy (Code: A-CS)
  • The job holder will be responsible for provide guidance to the management, regions, & functional units for near & long term strategic business imperatives for decision making & strategic planning process by delivering industry outlook, most-likely scenarios, & potential implications based on analysis on company performance, industry/ market development, & competitors activities
If You Are
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Electro Engineering/InformationTechnology/ Industry/ Management/ Finance  from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
  • Profesional with min  2 years experiences & exposure in Corporate strategy/ Business development in MNC or Consulting
  • Strong analytical, innovative person and able to adapt in dynamic environment
  • Excellent in communication, presentation and report writing skills for both Bahasa and English

Analyst - Creative Media Communication
  • The job holder will be responsible to manage channel outlet branding planning, implementation & controlling in order to provide effective and efficient support with direct impact on company business success in launching new product and / or program. This includes strategizing program / partnership, ongoing program development and innovation.

Job Descriptions
  • Observe and explore the media events/program/sponsorship that suitable for the brand. He/She has to do some observation of the target segment lifestyle and attitude and align them with the most suitable event or program that may yield the highest result .
  • Manage technical aspect. He/She has to manage the technical aspect or the execution of the event / program sponsorship. This include managing A& P budget and vendor selection.
  • Align external and internal. He/She has to align the event campaign or coordination with internal parties and external parties.
  • Collect data , Analyze and Evaluation report. He/She has to collect the data of the media event or program sponsorship assigned, give analyze and preparing the evaluation report.
  • Improvement and Recommendation. He/She has to give some notes in the aspect of event or program sponsorship that need to be improved and need to give some recommendation.

Internal Auditor - Finance (Job Code: IA)
Job Role
Responsible in the execution of annual risk based audit assignments and other assignments related to finance & accounting. The assignments will include:
  • Performing assurance and/or consulting work and preparing related documentations (report, work papers) using a systematic methodology and International Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
  • Supporting Audit Manager in the execution of audit programs, managing and tracking risk issues resolution status and discuss with related management in ensuring timeliness of the resolution.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and has CPA (or similar certification) with minimum of 4 years experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of Accounting/Finance standards (international and local), processes and operations
  • Knowledge of Telco Industry and its operations
  • Strong capability to gather and analyze information
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

End to End Service Specialist
Job Role
  • To design the strategy and standards of people, process, policies, tools across all XL's service touch points (e.g. Customer Service, XL Center) in order to enhance customer experience.
  • To implement the strategy and standards in collaboration with relevant functions, including the process owners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic performance
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years experience in customer-centric back-end role (strategy/business process redesign) in Telco/Banking/Hospitality industry
  • Strong capability to gather and analyze information
  • Exposure in integrating customer and business insight to drive creation and implementation of strategy
  • Excellent persuasive and influence skills
  • Excellent communication skill
