Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer's complaints.
• Input data customers, give free sample / gifts, promotion / event

Requirements

• Male / Female, 19 - 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer Literature, MS Office.
• Required language(s): English.
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
• Able to work in shift system.

Lift Operator - Pluit

Responsibilities

• Greet mall customers
• Operate lift for mall customers

Requirements

• Male, 18 - 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU in any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Smart, Service-oriented, Good-looking, Proportional.
• Able to work in shift system.
• Willing to work in Pluit, Jakarta Utara

Customer Relation Officer - Pluit

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
• Input data customers, give free sample/gifts, promotion/event
• Handling mall tenant and customer's complaint
• Maintenance mall facilities
• Maintenance tenants and customers data
• Leading shift in customer service department

Requirements

• Male, 20-25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Have at least 1 year experience as a Customer Relation Officer in shopping mall.
• Computer Literature, MS Office and Good English Skill.
• Able to work in shift system.
• Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara

Housekeeping Coordinator - Pluit

Responsibilities

• Coordinating housekeeping activities such as, cleaning service and pest control.
• Controlling outsource housekeeping activities.

Requirements

• Male, 30-40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Housekeeping Department.
• Good in English.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Must submitted recent photograph
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
