Responsibilities:
- HR Management (recruitment, placement, etc)
- Payroll and employee tax (PPh 21)
- Performance Appraisal
- Recruitment and employee selection
- Personnel Administration (insurance, etc)
- Other general office administration
Requirements:
- Female.
- Age between 26-35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Associate Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent, with GPA min 3.00
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication skill, team work, and initiative.
- Having excellent computer skill ( excel and word)
- Knowledge of Tax and Labor laws
- Able to speak Mandarin (or Chinese dialect) min. passive would be an advantage us.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proactive and high integrity person.
