Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Service Manager the incumbent will be assigned to handle customer and will be involved in term of administration, and after sales service.
Requirements:
- Female, max. 30 years old.
- D3/Bachelor degree, any discipline, preferably from Management, English Literature/Accounting and communication.
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position, having experience in hospitality industry will be advantage.
- A team player, result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, dynamic and strategic thinking person.
- Possessing positive work attitudes, initiatives and maturity in dealing with people.
- Excellent communication skill in English, written and verbal as well as presentation skill, Mandarin is advantage.
- Computer literate, hands on in Excel, Word.
