CARE Indonesia, as an International Non Government Organization (INGO), has carried out large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations, transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and micro-credit. CARE is currently recruiting the following position for its Project:

CARE International Indonesia – Jakarta, is currently recruiting for the following position:

· Process all PR from Head Quarter and all Sub Offices and ensure Procurement Policy andProcedures have been followed.
· Ensure all procurement process meet donor regulation
· Upon receipt of quotations complete Section I and II of the Summary Bid Analysis (SBA)where appropriate.
· Provide regular feedback to customers (HQ and Sub Offices) regarding the status of theirrequests.
· Organize and prioritize purchases according to the nature of the request
· Build effective communication with all vendor and ensure fair competition, equalopportunity and treatment to all vendors
· Ensure all PSR data updated and send to CD, ACD’s, PM, Administration Manager,Finance, Sub Offices (PM, Procurement) and any related person
· Communicate all new asset purchase with Operation Assistant and Administration Officer
· Communicate all new procurement policy and procedure to all staff and Sub Offices
· Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure that payments to vendors are made on-time and without any unnecessary strain on the financial systems
· Ensure all Procurement document complete before submitting to Administration Managerand Finance
· Liaise with Finance and GCM unit on all donor regulation related with Procurement andshare with Administration Manager and Sub Offices Procurement
· Run monthly unit meeting and submit minutes of meeting to Administration Manager
· Perform other tasks and assignments as and when required by Administration Manager

· Minimum Bachelors Degree in Administration, Management or other relevant degrees
· Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement
· Previous Multi Donors INGO experience is desirable
· Ability to complete given assignments accurately and attention to detail
· Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
· Advanced computer skills in MS Word and Excel, experience with Scala system isadvantage
· Trustworthiness, integrity, Good analytical thinking
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Ability to work in a team and a Customer satisfaction oriented
