Key accountabilities:
* Support the Executive in administrative functioning: filing, arrangement of meeting schedule, handling incoming and outgoing letters, designing letter draft.
* Plan and arrange schedule for the Executive business trip.
* Plan and organize meetings and special event.
* Responsible for minutes of meeting.
Job holder specifications:
* Professional Experience:
o Min 3 years of experience within similar positions
* Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior):
o Female
o Minimum Diploma/D3 in Secretary, from LPK Tarakanita is preferable
o Have knowledge and experience in operating MS Office such as Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, Power Point
o Have excellent communications skills both oral and written in Bahasa and English
o Strong communication and interpersonal skill
