Important criteria to consider

    * Status as S1/S2 or graduate students who have passed (though not following the graduation) or students who are awaiting trial schedule (within 1 to 2 months, is expected to pass), which comes from the faculty / department :
          o Engineering
          o Economy
          o Psychology
          o Agriculture
          o Animal Husbandry
          o Forestry
          o Legal
          o Social & Political
          o Agricultural Technology
          o Statistics
          o Computer Science
    * Preference will be given which has never been applied as a participant Staff Development Program (PPS) BRI
    * Not married
    * GPA minimum 2.75 S1 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS); S2 minimum GPA 3.25 (PTN & PTS) with GPA record S1 still meet the minimum GPA requirement S1.
    * Age max. 27 years (for graduates of S1), and max. 30 years (for graduates S2)
    * Willing to follow all stages of selection
    * Interested for a career in BRI (as a participant who is a PPS BRI BRI's future leaders in the future)
    * Willing to sign a Letter of Agreement with BRI if otherwise accepted as a participant PPS BRI, among other things:
          o Willing to submit original diplomas
          o Willing not to marry during the following education for ± 9 months
          o Willing to be placed in all work areas BRI
