Business Analyst - Jakarta
  • Doing research on the market e.g direction for growing , targeted sector/customers
  • Providing analysis on how to optimize the result by implementing best practice
  • Introducing /developing area where we should be able capitalize more
  • Assisting on Strategic Business Implementation
  • Assisting on Risk Management matter
  • Project Management handling
  • Male/Female
  • Minimum S1 in any discipline with S2 is and advantage
  • Fresh graduate may apply with min GPA 3.25
  • Minimum 1 -2 years experience in the same position
  • Good command in English (Oral and writing)
  • Strong analytical and numeral skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Target oriented, Proactive - self starter person and Able to work independently
  • Good knowledge is Project Management
  • Good problem solving & communication skill
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
PIB Staff - Jakarta
  • Get information new shipment from customer
  • Create draft PIB
  • Check shipment schedule to be passed to CDZ Operations for their custom arrangement
  • Get & do necessary chasing to customers for PIB confirmation
  • Proceed PIB payment
  • Get original document from customers
  • Transmit to EDI system
  • Send original PIB to import operations for custom purpose
  • Male/Female
  • D3/S1 Graduated with any major
  • Understand Import/Export Regulation is a must
  • 1 -2 years experience in same position
  • Having PPJK license is preferable
  • Good command in English
  • Computer literate skill
  • Proactive - self starter person
  • Excellent team work
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Customer Service (Code: CS-JKT) - Cengkareng
  • Receive Notification import shipment from Customer Service
  • Follow up to get PIB draft approval and send information to Customer Service once get confirmation
  • Provide SK, any special document requirement
  • Provide supporting document and update for Formality process
  • Update shipment process to customer and monitoring delivery cargo from sea/air port to Warehouse
  • Provide Daily & Monthly report to customer
  • Assist to follow up submission and payment of billing invoice to customer
  • Male/Female
  • Minimum Education Background S1 from any discipline
  • Good in computer skill
  • Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in same position from forwarding company
  • Having knowledge about Export/Import as well as Customer Clearance process is a must
  • Good problem solving & communication skill
  • Placement will be in Cengkareng, Jakarta.
