Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree ( Any Discipline)
Experience
Understand process of cement production
Understand process of logistic distribution
Understand process of loading cargo on port i.e. parties  and equipment would be an advantage
Computer Literate: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes  and SAP User
Language: Excellent of  English both oral & written
Other qualification:
Good Interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to develop operational strategies
Awareness of OHS at the workplace

Scope of Works
Managing shipping activities in the ports for export and inter island distribution in achieving minimum incurred controllable potential demurrage and dead freight, maximize T/C vessels utilization and on time delivery by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. production, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon shipping contractual term and condition.
