Product Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Product Management to manage product portfolio, ensuring new business, persistency and profit margin meet targets
• Project manager of small scale product development project
• Project manager of product revamp and quick wins. Work closely with customer strategy team on product campaigns
• Report on market trend and competitors' move on products
• Assist Head of Product Management to conduct strategic review on product lines
• Work with markerting communications to produce products materials and sales support kits

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years work experience in insurance industry, with more than 2 years in product development
• Financial background with strong ability to comprehend figures
• Clear understanding of life insurance products and financial products in general
• Strong project management skills
• Achievement oriented
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
