Responsibilities:
- Explore, identify, and develop new business client. Establish, servicing, and maintaining good relationship with long term "partnershop concept.
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably from Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Has 4-5 years of experience, demonstrating proven sound track record in Sales Management (must in managerial position) of similar industrial products
- Possess a strong team management skills and strong leadership skills to lead a highly-driven team
- Able to work under pressure
- Have good communication skills, negotiation skills, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, decision making, planning & organizing, analytical skills and strategic thinker
- English proficient (both, written & spoken)
- Computer literate (MS Office) & good presentation skills
