Sinarmas Group - Shipping Division is seeking for a highly qualified team leader to join our dynamic and challeng organization.

COO (Chief Operating Officer)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Report to CEO
• Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the fleet operation
• To inspect and ensure all fleets well maintained as well as meet sea sailing safety standard (possess updated licenses).
• Involve final interview and approve recruitment of Crew Officers (Captain/Chief Officer/Chief Engineer)
• To review and approve all crew salary, allowance and incentive benefit
• To review all fleet direct operational cost including docking cost and propose yearly budgeted cost for each fleet
• To ensure the above cost meets the budgeted one
• Other assignments given by CEO and President Director

Requirements:

• - Male with age 40 to 50 years old
• - Possess similar working Experience at least 5 years
• - Education back ground either Mech-engineer/Marine -Engineer/Marine-Captain degree
• - Strong team leadership
• - Good communication skill
• - Willing to travel
• - Integrity
• - MBA degree is preferable, but not a must
