Legal staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze law requirements and commercial aspects
• Drafting legal documents, documenting existing and legal documents
• Attending, reporting and following up outstanding critical legal issues and RUPS
• Reviewing legal matters of Risk Management
• Providing legal advices on preparation of legal disputes settlement (lawsuit, claim)
• Updating the latest relevant legal product and providing advices including legal implications to the business
• Being part of the company’s restructuring program, such as dept restructuring, share transfer, divestment, etc
• Liaise with other respective division within the company, such as reviewing contracts, legal, issue, litigation
• Secretarial function
• Keep all company’s legal document
• Report to President director for operation

Requirements:

• Male or female, age 33 – 45 years old
• Hold Bachelor degree in law, graduated from Faculty of law/ S1/Master of law is preferably
• Minimum 2 years as corporate legal Staff
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesia legal system and substance
• Excellent knowledge of Corporation Regulation, Man Power Regulation
• Good legal networking : outside lawyer, notaries and government officials
• Able to manage and negotiate corporate contracts
• Computer literate
