1. Talent Casting Coordinator (TCO)
Requirements:
• Male/ Female, max. 35 years old,
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Experience minimal 1 year in the same field, preferable from Production House (Film)
• Energic, good looking
• Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader

General Qualification :
• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

2. Budget Control Manager (BCM)
Requirements:
• Male/ Female, max. 35 years old,
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university
• Experience minimal 3 years in the same field, preferable from media industry handling budget & project control.
• Has a strong ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader

General Qualification :
• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level), usually dealing with system is an advantage
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

3. Research And Development Officer (RDO)
Requirements:
• Male / Female, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree - major in any field from reputable university
• Experienced min. 2 years as Researcher, preferably as Marketing Research
• Experienced in media especially in Radio, would be advantage
• Having strong analytical and eager to find out data
• Pleasant personality, interactive and high motivation, willing to work hard and good communication skill

General Qualification :
• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, SPSSl),
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

4. Accounting Manager (AM)
Requirements:
• Male, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Experience min. 3 years in the same field, preferable from Media Industry
• Excellent skills in accounting regulation and local taxation system
• Having experience in public accountant as a Sr. Auditor
• Having knowledge in accounting, able to handle full set of accounts
• Able to work under pressure, highly discipline, hard working and good team leader

General Qualification :
• Computer literacy (Ms Office application, intermediate-advanced level), usually dealing with system is an advantage
• Good command in English
• Willing to work overtime

5. Training Center Instructor (Trainer)
Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Head of Training Center Department
• Serves as the in-house instructor and expert in developing training programs that suit the job functions
• To design, develop and deliver training programs to conduct training on general management, leadership, and people development
• Perform training effectiveness assessment through post-training evaluation

Requirements:
• Min. holding a Master degree from a reputable university
• 3 to 5 years classroom-based instructor experience
• Experience designing training curriculum
• A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• A background in broadcast, multimedia, and telecommunication industry background will have a distinct advantage
• Possess good business communications and interpersonal skills
• Independent, mature and self motivated
• A hands-on person who can adapt, plan and implement training programs
• Ability to work on own initiative
