Based on the Administrative Reform Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 376.P/M.PAN/9/2009 On 14 September 2009 Subject: Approval of details of the Regional CPNS Formation Year 2009, with the Government of Bangka open up opportunities for the Formation of Bangka Regency CPNSD Year 2009 some 391 people with the following details:
TERMS registrant:
1. Indonesian citizen.
2. Minimum age 18 year and the highest count to 35 Years with 01 JANUARY 2010. For Those aged over 35 YEARS and no more than 40 YEARS of working in Government institutions or private institutions that are legal entities that support the national interest is continuously (no break) with a term of 12 Years 9 Months computed starting from 17 April 2002 until the 01 JANUARY 2010 (term of at least 5 years on 17 April 2002 according to Government Regulation No. 11 of 2002) by attaching a decree Legal Copy / Proof of First Appointment to the Rapture Finally, the Head / Chief Government Agency / National Institute of legalized private by the competent authority.
3. Healthy physically and mentally by the Government Doctors Certificate.
4. Was never sentenced to prison or confinement by a court decision which has had permanent legal force for committing a criminal act
5. Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as PNS / TNI Member / Members of the State Police, or dismissed with respect as private employees.
6. No status as a candidate for Civil Servants / Civil Servant.
7. Having education, skills, expertise and skills required.
8. Have high integrity and good character.
9. Not a member or political party committee.
10. Derived from the school / college / PTN / PTS / an accredited or have obtained permission from the Director General DIKTI organization.
