ANNOUNCEMENT

PEGAWAI PROSPECTIVE PROCUREMENT OF CIVIL AFFAIRS
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS CENTER FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
Based on the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform No. 278 Year
2009 on Civil Servants Formation of Ministry of Administrative Reform

State Fiscal Year 2009, Center for Analysis and Reporting Financial Transactions (INTRAC)
opens opportunities for the children of Indonesia's best graduate and undergraduate diploma III
(S1) to be a candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS) at INTRAC environment, with
following provisions:

I. Formation Position will be filled and the required educational qualifications

II. Requirements Applicants:
a. General Requirements
1) Indonesia Citizens;
2) The maximum Berusia on December 1, 2009:
i. 31 (thirty one) year, for applicants Bachelor (S1);
ii. 25 (twenty five) years, for applicants Diploma III.
3) duty to God Almighty;
4) Have high integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia;
5) Not domiciled as CPNS / PNS, Calon / Members of TNI / police proved
with a signed affidavit on a stamp (U.S. $ 6000.00);
6) Not domiciled as a member and / or officials of political parties;
7) Never be dismissed with respect not his own request or
not with respect as PNS / TNI / police, or dismissed with
respect for private employees;
8) Never in prison or sentenced to confinement by a court decision;
9) Meet the requirements of educational qualifications (levels and departments) are appropriate
the vacancy formation position;
10) Good manner evidenced by the Note Certificate of Police;
11) physical and spiritual health.
b. Special Requirements
1) A certificate of approved applicants who obtained the diploma from university
State / Private accredited or certificate obtained from the University
High Foreign Affairs, which has received the determination of equivalency of the Committee
Assessment of Education Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diploma.
2) grade point average (GPA) for qualified applicants;
i. Bachelor (S1) of at least 2.75 (two point seven five);
ii. Diploma III (DIII) of at least 2.75 (two point seven five).
3) Applicants do not have a family relationship (father / mother / son / brother / sister / in-law)
with employees INTRAC.
III. Registration


a. Application documents in addressed to PO Box 3300 JKT Jakarta and received 10,033
no later than October 11, 2009 at 16:00 pm;
b. Documents application form:
1. Cover letter written by his own hand and signed by the applicant
by using black ink, addressed to the Chairman of the Procurement Team
Candidate Civil Servant Center Transaction Reports and Analysis
Financial Year 2009 budget;
2. List of CVs;
3. Photocopy of the last diploma and academic transcripts that have been legalized by the
authorized officials;
4. 2 (two) pieces recent passport photo size 3x4 (color) with background
blue and applicant's name written on the back of the passport photo;
5. Photocopy of valid ID card;
6. Photo copy of the Job Seeker Sign (Yellow Card) from the Ministry of Manpower
Work is still valid and has been legalized by the competent authority;
7. Photocopy of Certificate Police Notes from the local Police
still valid and has been legalized by the competent authority;
8. Affidavit does not domiciled as CPNS / PNS, Calon / Member
TNI / Police who signed on the seal (Rp6.000, 00);
9. Health certificate;
c. Write the position code to be proposed at the top left corner of the letter and
envelope;
d. Application documents addressed to the INTRAC's office and / or received before
CPNS acquisition announcements have been posted will not be processed;
e. Application documents received become the property committee and the committee can not be requested
by the applicants.
IV. Selection of Test Administration and Call Interview I
a. Application documents received by the committee outside of PO Box and the time has
determined shall be declared ineligible and will not be processed;
b. Applicants who passed the administrative selection, will be announced through the site
Official Internet Center for Analysis and Reporting Financial Transactions (INTRAC)
www.ppatk.go.id, on Monday, October 19, 2009.
V. Stages Test
a. Stage that will pass the test by the participants are:
1. Selection of Administration;
2. Test Interview I;
3. Written Test;
4. Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA);
5. Psychological Tests;
6. Test Interview II.
b. At each stage of the test systems used fall. For applicants who passed
can follow the next test stage.
VI. Other
a. Applicant / participant selection, registration is free;
b. Test schedule notified later.
c. For applicants who passed the entire selection process, but
required to replace the resigned selection costs that have been issued by the
PPATK for Rp10.000.000, 00 (ten million rupiah).
d. Procurement decisions CPNS INTRAC team Fiscal Year 2009 is absolute
and inviolability.
